Alex is a fitness guy, hailing from across the pond. He has a fantastic following on all the socials–his indoor cycling classes regularly sell out. Lucky is the rider who’s heard the phrase “Be cocky! Be confident!” early on a Saturday morning. Alex also happens to be one of the nicest people in Washington, D.C., so of course he’s leaving.
